We take pre-orders at any time, to reserve lamb for our next slaughter date. The lamb is processed by a professional, licensed butcher according to your cutting instructions. Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice after butchering.

Our 2026 lamb price is $6.75 per pound for the hanging weight (head, skin, feet, guts removed). Average hanging weight is about 50-60 pounds, or approximately $335-$405 for a whole lamb. Your final exact cost is calculated at butchering. There is also a butchering fee of $135 that you will pay directly to 4 Star Meat, our butcher. Oregon regulation requires that pricing be handled this way.

RAW FLEECE

All our fleeces are sold raw and skirted. This means unusable parts of the fleece have been removed after shearing, but the fleece is unwashed and unprocessed. Your new fleece has been worn by a sheep for 6-12 months, so it will naturally have lanolin, dirt, sweat, and sometimes a little vegetable matter.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship using Pirate Ship to ensure you get the best possible shipping rate. Fleeces are shipped in vacuum sealed bags.

We want all of our customers to be happy with their fleece. If you are not satisfied, please let us know without 60 days of purchase so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.

CARE & STORAGE

Raw fleece needs to be able to breath while stored. Please remove your new fleece from the vacuum-sealed packaging as soon as you receive it. Store in a plastic tub, cotton pillowcase, wooden box, or other breathable storage option. Keep it in a cool, dry location until you are ready to wash and process your new fleece. To reduce the risk of moths, add cedar balls or shavings to your storage container.
