"Chainsaw", white Romney ram
FLEECE INFO: From our sweet ram Chainsaw. This fleece is soft and dense for a Romney. Staple 5.5-6.5in. Lovely crimp and lots of loft. There is a light 'ram' smell to this fleece. It should wash out fine, but may need stronger or extra scour if sensitive. Mostly low VM, but some areas of medium VM due to winter barn (shown in photos). This sheep was not coated. Whole fleece is 8lb total. Whole fleece is $14/lb, but fleece can be split for $16/lb (2lb minimum).
ABOUT THIS SHEEP: Chainsaw is our 3 year old ram. He is such a sweetheart. Many rams can get cranky when they grow up, but Chainsaw is still so friendly. He is very gentle to the little lambs, and even friendly with other rams. His lambs are so beautiful and healthy. He loves a scratch on his neck.
